My childhood generation was G1. I honestly don't know what is the precise reason for my first loving Ponies, but... maybe it had something to do with how colorful-looking they were and how much fun it was to make up various story adventures for them whenever I played with them, be it by myself or with others my age.

Next question: Do you think Hasbro needs to make more male and filly/baby ponies in the G4 toy line? Why or why not?

I think that more diversity in genders and age groups for the G4 line could only do a world of good. More choices in ponies would lead to a more diverse set of options for collectors and to richer, more creative play for little kids.

Next Question: Who is / was your most treasured childhood pony? / If you didn't collect as a kid, which pony fills that role for you now?

This honor must go to Dancing Butterflies. She was my mom's favorite, and I loved and respected her more for taking an interest in what was important to her daughter.

The characters themselves are cute, but the toys...well, let's just say that Hasbro produced them specifically to rust up inside.

Quickly pausing to agree about Baby Lickety-split. The Movie was my intro to the G1 cartoon and my ears are still recoiling in horror a week later. As for pretty voices, I love Rarity. She has a great speaking voice and her songs "Art of the Dress" and "Becoming Popular" are two of my favorites.

(Getting back on topic...) I'm going to go with Twinkle Eyes. I think the concept is really neat, plus that's the type two of my favorite ponies--Fizzy and Speedy--are.

Question: If you were a my little pony, which one would you want to be? Why? What made you choose them?

Hmmm, it's a toughie... I guess my answer would be I would want to be Twilight Sparkle from G4. Why? I can relate to her in the very beginning of the show... didn't have friends, was always spending time to herself reading books and all, wasn't keen on making friends when Princess Celestial sent her to Ponyville. I became happy for her when she did make friends, and I wish that I could be able to make new friends much like she did (I had very poor friendships in the past and now that I am about to turn 29/approaching my 30s I just don't think I can truly make new friendships that will last a lifetime).

Anyway, next question... who is your favorite MLP villain, if any?

I don't have a favorite villain, as far as I know, but back when Friendship is Magic started I was pretty into Nightmare Moon.

What G1 would look good in a human form..what G1 woulden't?

I think Night Glider would look lovely in human form.  As much as I love my Bright Bouquet family, I don't think they would look very good as humans.

Oh, yeah! I love the pony friends. My favorite is Kingsley since that one's a cat and Kat is my name.

I started off being very very biased towards Baby Blossom + Baby Firefly but in the end Baby Moondancer stole my heart.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she was the (other) star in Escape from Catrina.


Should Hasbro make bat pony toys?
