What set of ponies do you dislike, and why?

I don't get Perfume Puff Hair at all. It's unique, but it looks like it would be an absolute styling nightmare. I could be totally wrong, as I don't own one.

And Dance 'n Prance ponies creep me out because they have that knob near their neck / chest. When I was a little kid we had a relative who had a voice box and it scared me because I couldn't get my mind around that. I'm not sure if the Dance 'n Prance design bugs me because of the memory or my failure as a kid to deal with it. I just know they're not for me. A shame, as Songster's symbol is likely the most fitting MLP symbol to represent me of all the g1 ponies. I sang competitively from the time I was 8 until I was about 30. (To be 100% clear: I know they're dancing ponies, not speaking ones.)

Has a pony ever changed your mind about something pony related you only thought you believed? (For example: you thought you didn't like Fancy Pants babies, found one at a flea market, and now love it / them?) Or do you find that once you've made up your mind about something pony related, it's usually set?

Ooh yes! There are loads of examples of this but the one that springs to mind for me is the G2s. I used to think they were horrid! I couldn't understand why anyone in their right mind would collect them as they looked so ugly to me and not at all like MLP. However...someone posted a thread and people put up their G2 piccies and I fell in love! The photos were so pretty that it completely changed my mind and I saw them in a whole new light...now I have a healthy G2 collection of my own 

Do you prefer to collect winged ponies with or without their wings and why?

I love wingers + only 2 flutter ponies but I'd prefer them all with wings.
Otherwise they're incomplete.


Are there any ponies that you like but their colors hurt your eyes?

I haven't really yet come across a pony whose colors hurt my eyes (regardless of whether I like the pony or not).

Do you want to see human characters like Megan and Molly appear in future My Little Pony cartoons, or would you rather that the cartoons continue on without any human cast members?

With regard to G4 I think the humans had best stay away. Don't get me wrong; I really like Megan, Molly and Danny. (Been watching the G1 cartoon / movies) But I don't know, at this point in it's story, if they would really work for G4. If I understand correctly, Megan was there from the beginning of the G1 cartoon / movies. That sets up a consistency and makes it work. Since G4 has never really done that (not counting EQG here) I think it would be a lot harder to bring humans in now.

Question: Which set of baby ponies is your favorite? Why?

I think... the Starlight Babies. Such a beautiful theme and they're all so cute!

I never quite understood the point of the TAF babies being different species from their mom. Although if you had to keep it that way, Baby Up Up and Away should've been a pegasus, not Baby Milky Way.

Would you rather have a gorgeous, flawless nirvana who has been restored to look wonderful or have a baity one who has been left alone all her life?

That's a toughie, considering I don't have any nirvanas yet! I think it depends on the pony. If it's a slightly more common nirvana, I would love her fixed up. However, if I somehow managed to nab a baity Greek Ladybird...I'd leave her as-is.

Next question: Have you ever restored a vintage pony before? If you're against it, why?

I'm certainly not against the restoration of any pony, but I haven't restored one yet myself. That takes knowledge and skills I don't have yet. Also, my vision isn't the best and I have poor fine motor skills in my right hand. I'd rather get help doing that; I wouldn't want to risk harming a pony I really love.

Question: If you could see any of the older gimmicks or set themes from a previous gen be used as a theme for a G4 set, which would you choose and why?
