Introducction post

Hi, I am glad to be joining here. I have gotten into pony collecting with my 7 year old granddaughter. She loves everything pony. I first had bought her a few G3's for an Easter gift and her love started from there. We have been purchasing a few special ones on line, but together we would like to expand her ponies and playhouses. I am in my mid 50's and live in Colorado. I am retired. There are 28 current ponies in the collection. I will add their names later. My granddaughter will be a large part of helping with the collection.

Awww, pony collecting with your granddaughter... how cute!  My grandma doesn't quite understand my obsession with ponies, but when she visited me recently, I got to show off some of my collection and she said she was just glad that I found a little hobby that makes me happy.  So it's very awesome to have family members who don't look at you crazy when you mention collecting ponies.

That's so sweet of you to share ponies with your granddaughter. MY grandma is more of a horse person than a pony person sadly  There are lots of ponies for sale here, maybe you two can browse around together! Enjoy the forums!

She and I are very excited to be able to learn more about MLP's and to learn to take good care of her collection. She is working very hard doing some extra chores to have some money to buy some herself.
