Hello Everypony!
My name is Hannah I live in the pacific northwest in america. I am 19 years old and have only been officially collecting for a few months now. I grew up with G3's so that is what I am mostly collecting. I also love the new G4 show and have quite a lot of G4 ponies/merch too. I am a psychology major in college and work part time in retail. My other big hobby is Cosplay and Anime/comic book conventions. I have been cosplaying since I was 12 and love the act of creating a costume from scratch (all of my cosplays are hand made)
To me Pones are happiness, to come home to the beautiful bright colors of my ponies every day just makes me feel so happy. They are my escapism from a very wild and unforgiving world. I don't have any pony friends at all and am very eager to meet some.

I can still remember how excited I was when I joined the online pony community and suddenly found heaps of people who loved ponies just as much as I did. I'm sure you will love the Arena and I look forward to seeing you around the forums :frolic:

I love your description of them helping you to escape.  When i first started really collecting again i had no idea how popular it was, and i very quickly made some great pony friends.  I'm sure you will have no problems adding to your herd and meeting wonderful people along the way :lovey:

I see with both use ponies as a nice rainbow of escape. Cosplay and anime are also hobbies of others here on the forums (including me), you're bound to make some pony friends here! Enjoy the forums!
