That Elsa pony is gorgeous! :dribble:

I found Celestia and Luna at Target several weeks ago :) Isn't there supposed to be a snowglobe Cadance and Twilight Sparkle?

Yes there are four ponies in the set of Snowglobe ponies. Celestia and Luna are pretty easy to find, however Cadance and Twilight Sparkle seem much harder come across, I've seen them sell on Ebay for quite a lot of money between 35-50€.

:) Hope that helps. :)

Thank you! I wonder why Cadance and Twi are harder to find :what:

I think besides the princesses there's supposed to be the smaller-sized ones (Diamond Mint, Rarity, Pinkie Pie), if I remember correctly (unless they're classified as something else, but they're in the same style).

Yes there are the new snowglobe ones, which are smaller. (I want them! :D lol) I meant to say in "that set" - talking about only the Princess Ponies.
Thanks for correcting. :) :D

Haha no worries!  To be honest, there are so many new things in the works that haven't hit stores yet that I'm starting to get a bit confused!

I went to have a look earlier out of curiosity on Ebay to see what was available and found Cadance and Twilight Sparkle for sale together for less than the price they usually sell individualy... And, I bought them.

Soo I started taking Celestia apart. I had thought that there was a water safe neck plug, which would make a great deal more sense, but the answer is:
If you needed to refill the snowglobe ponies, you would have to tear them apart at the seem or cut a hole in the neck. Should you ever need to, get distilled water and glycerin.
in my case... I'm probably going to cut a hole in the neck and back after I get the wings out. I thought normal g4s were hard to custom!

Yup as others have mentioned Cadance and TS are the next wave :) They will be on shelves after Luna and Celestia. So I would wait for them to be on Target shelves before shelling out too much on ebay :)

I adore that Elsa - she is stunning! I love the idea of draining and reglittering them very cool!

I have a couple that never had water to begin with, if that counts.

Wow, cool, do you have any pics?
Yes, I do now, though I don't know how different they really look, since water is transparent.

The only ones I've seen around here are Luna and Celestia but even they have been hard to find here. Everywhere is out of stock of them constantly.

I have Luna but I was sad to see that her 'crown' has absolutely no detail

Draining them - not difficult. The neck plug has like a little pin that goes into the neck. Takes a bit of loosening but the hole is maybe 3mm across.

Getting the existing glitter out - nightmare. I got bored but eventually I'll use a dremel to make the neck hole bigger and then re-seal it when I'm done.

It seems like there are more Celestia in each shipment than Luna because whenever I go to Target and see those figures fully stocked (and I went for a few days in a row) there would be 1-2 Luna and 5-6 Celestia. Last time I went, there were no Luna and all Celestia... about 11 of her.

I did find one store that had Luna but they had two different prices for the snowglobe ponies and I didn't know which price was correct. When they first came out they were pretty well stocked but I didn't have the funds. Now I can get one I can't find Luna expect at the store that has two different prices. I see more Celestia than Luna too so I guess you're right about there being less of them than Celestia.
