First Craigslist Score! AND I need help with a dress!

This was my first Craigslist purchase and I am so happy I did it.
All the ponies were in FABULOUS condition and had many of the accessories (that was not mentioned on the ad)

I got the first release of Megan and Sundance (Megan has her shoes, dress, panties!)
Sundance has her halter

Scoops has her hat and apron, one shake from the set and possibly the comb? (not sure on the comb)

Princess Tiffany (with damsel hat, wand and again a comb I'm not sure about)

Steamer with bandana!

BUT I could use some help... I was given a dress that "Belongs to Megan" but I've never seen it anywhere.
Any clues to who or what it belongs to? It blue with lace and has two large pom poms with it. Blue socks and soft velvety shoes. Any clues?

You are right. I did a little research the dress belonged to the Lady Lovely Locks Maiden FairHair doll. I didn't think it was My little pony. Thanks so much himmie!

GAH The lady purchased these ponies from has a pony stable...with many if not most of the accessories. I may have to make another drive out there to get it. I have a pony stable and its in good condition but missing most of the accessories. >.<
