French Fry Condiment Poll

Only a small amount of salt, but a shallot sauce is great too.

Ketchup or cheese (I forgot to vote cheese oh no), sometimes salt but that's not always necessary. And I've never tried gravy, but that sounds deeeeelicious and I need to try some day.

Also, on buttered bread! Chip butty yum yum.

And if it's chips from a chip shop, they've got to have chippy sauce. Unfortunately, chippy sauce is a very Edinburgh-local thing, so I only get it when I'm visiting home :C
I'm not entirely sure, but I think it's a mix of vinegar and brown sauce (which is weird because I hate those two on their own) and possibly some unknown secret ingredient. I've heard cold tea might be involved. I don't know, but chippy sauce is perfection.

EDIT: Oh, I forgot, chocolate is surprisingly good too. And pesto.

So that's what I got given the other night!  I was so confused " It's obviously not vinegar, but then it's not brown sauce...what is this?" Tasted alright though!

Tomato Sauce, 100% of the time lol (though I totally used to dip them in milkshakes when i was a kid). I voted other instead of Ketchup though because it ain't aussie tomato sauce, and I refused to call it Ketchup lol (tastes obviously different I've heard)... and I've never actually eaten Ketchup

Chips are better imo, too  Thsi poll would be QUITE different if a Brit started it

But on other fries for me it's one if two things: vinegar/salt/ketchup or gravy/ketchup. Depends on my mood
