I do wonder what Hasbro thought of that thing, and if they knew of it before that company released a picture. I do note that the packaging is very careful not to use any words/names or images that would actually trigger a clear infringement, although I think it is pretty obvious what they are doing there. For all we know, the company might have (or might soon) receive a C&D.I also agree it is ugly. The figure itself, and the fact that it is holding a gun? I've never liked toy guns, figures holding guns, or ... well guns of any sort. I don't like toys that glamorize guns either. I know this isn't aimed at kids, but it still is distasteful to me and in no way funny.
