I definitely think of people who use the same avatar, as BEING that avatar- for example I definitely think that Skeen looks identical to Captain Kathryn Janeway. She does, right? LadySatine probably bears a striking resemblance to Hook from Happily Ever After, right??? Okay maybe they don't LOOK like them, but I do think of avatars as a reflection of what kind of person that person is. Like Lorelei Redfern, who has the heart of a sweet little puppy
I generally tend to imagine people AS their avatar without realising I always think, whenever I go to a meetup, that people should have little nametags with their name and current avatar. It'd make recognising them a whole lot easier.
