..and by worst I mean their condition: cut or frizzy hair or completely bald, cuts or scratches, spots, dirt etc.

unfortunatly i do not have pics of my worst nirvanas. They came from mexico and smelled terribly moldy!

It would have to be my French white-haired bowtie with bitten off nose and leg. But just couldn't leave her at the fleamarket. Will be cleaning her up soon and trying at least to restore some or find someone who can. Poor poor thing. Will post a before and after cleaning for sure

the baby on the left is apple delight, honest!!! that's all what's left of ONE apple by her tail, the one the other side is only half an apple.  is she the only one we know of?  or does somebody else have a better one??

and the colombian protoype(???) 'happy meal' (i think someone else had one and named it ) baby. no markings on feet but she's got the same split as the other colombian babies where her tail was, her hair was red, its stianed the plastic and there's maybe 3 or 4 tiny scraps of hair left in her mane

as you can see, i'm not exactly THE most picky of collectors, lol  i'm just happy to actually *HAVE* the ponies in my collection to begin with, their issues don't actually bother me

For a long time I had an NC Pinwheel with no tail too... but I can't remember if I upgraded her or not! Oh, and a Macau Peachy with no tail, but she's childhood.

I have a few with cut hair, but nothing excessively bad that I can think of anymore.

aaaaand My Spanish Starflower definitely counts She has no tail, half of her hair is gone, she has cuts, missing symbols... And I absolutely adore her Still can't decide if I want her as an alternate rehair or to restore her with matching colors or leave her as be... But she's for now in hiding in the bait 'to rehair' lot

I also love flaws, they add a special character to a pony! When a pony has playwear you know it has been loved ^^

heres poor Piggy Blossom. Discolored, eyes don't work right, her mohawk, and her neck seam mess up  it was my fault.
Her symbols are awesome though!.
I was thinking about sending her to get rehaired, but I've grown to her mohawk so its staying

I'm usually more picky, but I was after this girl for SO LONG (though now I've had her for over a decade) - and I LOVE her. I refuse to touch her to restore her hair, she's just... amazing to me! This is post restoration, I DID try to make the hair she had look as nice as possible.

I also have what I call - My "Sad Applejacks" consisting of a Peru and Mexico AJ. They're highly scuffed, but both adorable so I love them!
