Hi,

usually I'm not very active here but I have to share what I got from our holiday trip to Tokyo from 2nd to 8th May with my boyfriend. We got to know each other since 12 years now (yes today is our relationship anniversary) and our relationship started with the same passion for animes, manga and japanese stuff in general. So it was just a question of time when we planned to visit Japan's exciting capital Tokyo. We just returned with so cool stuff that I have to share it withyou, because I got 2 ponies too - Medley and Yum Yum (the flutter pony)

How did you find the G1s!  Tell us the story! 

The story is told quite fast. This Monday we went to Nakano in the west region of Tokyo. This part of the city has a center, the so called Nakano Broadway, a shopping complex with a lot of shops on 5 floors, so wow. It is the same location where the MIP Takara was found in 2012. The store chain is called Mandarake (speak: Mandalake) and is divided in approx. 10 shops, which all specialized in buy and resell different things such as DVDs, Manga, Animes and old toys. You can find very cheap ones as well as steals from different toy categories. So I found Yum Yum first together with a Newborn Shaggy (didn't take her, she had a hair cut). Next we found other shops in the complex which buy and resell old toys and I saw a whole lot of G1 ponies all in okay - good condition. So I picked Medley from the lot as I don't have her yet. I need to post the pics here my friend has taken. Prices vary a lot from condition, I paid approx. 10$ for both.

Yes the little guy is from the Anime Free. We watched a little trailer at Shibuya's biggest street cross where 43.000 people cross the street horizontally, vertically and diagonally in one green circle at rush hour. After the trailer was over I saw this little guy in a local shop in Asakusa (speak: Asaksa) where we lived and I had to have him.

It is the Sailor Moon 25 years anniversary CD indeed, it looks so awesome in person. We went to one of the Disney resorts at the last day. There are two of them (the only country where two are so near beside each other). When you step out of the train at the station you can decide whether to to to Disneyland Resort right or to Disney Sea Resort left. We decided for Disney Sea and it was so empty, not much crowded. Maybe because it was the week before Golden Week where the majority of Japanese people have holidays for 2 weeks, but during our trip it was awesome. Fast pass allowed it to come to many big attractions at different times with a low waiting time.
