Yeah - I think June is more likely than May.  I don't remember now, but I think they announced the Hasbro pony exclusive in late June last year, right?

Yeah they did, pretty much less than a month before SDCC if I remember :-( I wish thwy would announce more exclusives. Im probably going to be more excited about the H Mattel exclusive than the MLP- hopefully Im wrong though!

It was the first week of June last year when the Hasbro mlp excl. was announced. I think the 5th or 6th. I think USA Today was the first to report it, if I'm remembering correctly.

Its been early June for the last couple of years. SDCC will get announced at least a month in advance - they use exclusives to push awareness of their attendance so they want a decent run in. :muffin: Pony was announced 1/2 June and DJ 4/5/6 June; the last week in May is probably out now but I would think it will be first week June.

I can't see them going with a non-pony character for their pony exclusive, although I will admit a doll/pony set seems a distinct possibility.
