I find it so crazy she told me that, especially since this is the same HT that i got the Series 2 Minis (and they had received another box of them a few days ago). It kinda has me wondering if it's not just my store but maybe the whole HT company in general as far as if/when the new big Funkos will be in more stores (if that makes sense).

I didn't even notice about the first ones only have one cutie mark.  Heh, maybe i should check my Funkos and see if they have one cutie marks or two. xD

My Rainbow Dash, , Fluttershy, Doctor Hooves, Lyra, Bon Bon, and Pinkie Pie all have one cutie mark, and since Fluttershy's box was facing the opposite way, her cutie mark isn't on the same side as the others.  Spitfire just has one logo on the side of her uniform as well.

I also have with just five bubbles as a cutie mark and not seven, and my Rainbow Dash has the wrong colored eyes (purple, not pink).

I've noticed that most people out west haven't seen the newer Funko ponies and Discord in stores, but around here we've had them since a few days after their projected release date.  When I had gone in to pick up my pre-order, they had Rarity, Daring Do and Discord sitting on the shelves already, and within the next few days, the other HT's around me had them in stock as well.  There are two or three HT's that don't have Daring Do, though.

Blarg. I don't have the space or budget to collect all the Funkos, but I really need to get my hands on Discord! I haven't actually gotten around to checking my local Hot Topic yet for him.

I saw a post from someone in CA on the Funko forums saying that they've started popping up near them, so I'd say yes.

I still have 4 Discord that need new homes. I have 1 that is potentially sold of the 5 I bought. they take up too much space in my car! that's right, car because I def don't have room for them at home!

I know although just stay positive we have 4 months left this year we should get one more wave! Remember we never saw the Trixie or Twilight protos before actual photos!

Edit: Oh you're talking about the current wave haha I thought you were talking about the upcoming wave!

I have been disappointed by the selection in DFW lately, so I have been doing the website orders & hoping for the best.

...unfortunately, website ordering means I also strike out a lot. hahaha

1 box of Rarity appeared at my Hot Topic today but no glitters. :I Will check tomorrow to see if they get Discord or Daring Do in stock (or more Rarity, since he said they only got one box of 6 which seems like much less than normal)

I have a question. Does Funko make an additional prints for their figures? For example, do they restock the 1st wave ( Pony and RD) when they running low on them, or once the figures are ended, they won't be made anymore?
