Something about that expression just didn't communicate well to vinyl, because while those eyes look okay in the show, they don't look the same of the figure. Something is just...off?

They are nice but not super exciting. I get that they were going to do existing characters but instead of just a black recolor they should have gone with a special finish. Something like metallic or Glow in the Dark or flocked.

At least we didn't get Equestria Girls ReAction figures.

I don't like Spitfire's eyes either.  I LOVE this pony and her color/design, but the Funko version looks like she's stoned or something.  It looks very odd.  Maybe they made her eyes a bit TOO slitted.  Not something easily fixed either.  Somehow it doesn't look so horrible on the tiny figures...
