A Very Special Unboxing

I unboxed a couple of MH dolls and my G4 grail ponies all at once the other day! (pics already up at the MH arena, but I thought I'd post all the pony pics here!)

I'd wanted the Rarity and Luna princess 2-pack ever since I saw them, but before I knew it they were all gone in my area! Nothing but Cadence packs and Princess Twilight as far as the eye could see. I was a little downhearted figuring I'd missed my chance, but even as the months went by, I kept on with my habit of idly checking all the princess 2-packs.

And then it happened. In TRU in the next town over, I saw them!

Rarity is My Pony, and so I took a couple extra pics of her (apparently I did not upload the solo pic I took of Luna, but to be honest, it didn't come out too well...), and she is just SO CUTE.

I think I'm going to paint Luna's crown, since it's a bit silly looking as-is. I don't know about the other accessories.

I love taking the newer ponies out of their boxes.  They look so much nicer on display and I get to play with their hair.  Congrats on your new additions

Thanks, all! It's definitely much more cheerful having them out of the box, yeah-- they're sitting next to me while I do computer stuff right now so I can look over at them and smile.
