Hello from Florida!

Hello there, friends!

I was thrilled when my little girl fell in love with ponies, as my collection was an important part of my childhood. She has a vast collection of G4 ponies, and I am just starting to get into collecting G1 - the ponies I adored as a child! Sadly, my collection was stolen 20 years ago in the process of a cross-country move. A silly thing to get hung up on as an adult, I guess, but I've never stopped being wistful about it!

I'm glad to be here, and to see everyone's collections and generally immerse myself in pony happiness.

Hi there, nice to meet you! ^-^ I don't have my childhood ponies either, which is always a little sad. But at least it's fairly easy to buy the same ones again now and at least pretend they're the ones we had as a kid.

I'm actually from Florida myself, do you mind if I ask what part you're from? I grew up in Panama City, went to college in Pensacola, and then worked at a zoo in West Palm Beach. Then I moved to Sweden last year. lol!
