Out of curiosity, has anyone in their travels seen an orange 5/6 size wig? Not like, auburn/redhead orange, but a true, slightly on the yellower side, orange.

This might be quite a task.

And I went to a local BJD meet last month.  It's the big anniversary meet and it's always fun.  2 years ago, I went and ended up leaving with Brooke.  I had been telling someone that I didn't think I'd ever want an SD because they're just so dang BIG and then saw her sitting naked, blank, and bald on the sales table.  I probably picked her up 5 times before asking who was selling her.  Her owner let me do a crazy layaway ($50/month for 6 months) and sent her home with me before I had even made the first payment.  Anyway, I took her to this meet and BOTH of her previous mommies were there.  They played with her and commented on how beautiful she looks with the face I commissioned for her.  One helped me suede her to finally get her feisty midsection and kicky legs under control.  Then I won some green eyes in a raffle and they looked so gorgeous in her!  Just for giggles, I stuck her in a blonde wig that someone was selling and WOWZA!  I had always intended her to be a brunette, but she is a killer blonde.  Even her first owner just shook her head and said that she almost wanted to buy the same doll again, lol.  So I present to you, Brooke's new look!  Bizarrely enough, her new wig is EXACTLY the same color as my hair lol.  If she had blue eyes in, she'd actually look a lot like me!

And then... BAM!  Blondie!  Isn't she totally gorgeous now?!  Not that she wasn't already, but I fell head over heels in love with her all over again.

I actually found out that she originally had her company default face and her character was a gothic lesbian vampire.  Then she was blushed COMPLETELY grey and was a demon.    She's certainly had a lot of different looks and personalities in her life, that's for sure!

And bonus pic with my dog.  Ava always gets all up in my business when I'm taking pictures of my dolls.  I have lots of pics of her with the dolls because she's adorable and is always really curious about the dolls.  So, knowing that her nosy self would come up to see what I was doing, I posed Brooke with her hand out, looking down.  Sure enough, Ava came sniffing around the corner and did exactly what I was hoping she would.  This one made me laugh because she's like saint bernard sized next to Brooke!

Holy hell, that wig looks stumnning on Brooke! WOW! She really is a bombshell.And your two new faceups are stunning. Angeltoast always does such great work. Congrats!

I've been looking for a wig for my incoming Luts Kelp to no avail. I hate wig shopping. >.< I used to love it! But, it's become so frustrating not finding what you want in the size you need, ugh.

Thank you. I'm so amazed by how the wig changed her whole look and I love it. I only have 2 more dolls that need faces! At least the ones that are home. My ringdoll boy will need a face too, but I won't have him for another month at least probably.
