Do this!  Make a journal of when you called them and what they said.  Very very important.  Sorry that this is happening to you.  Really ticks me off how people try to get away with stuff like this.

Not only this but also not just who you talked to but what department they are in. This is important! Because if you then talk to someone else and relay what you talked about they will ask who you talked to and in what department they were in.

I know this is an old thread, but I DO want to update the situation - today I got an email from paypal and they DID decide in my favour!! I got the 76$ back, though I appear to still be out the 10$ chargeback fee. Still, it does make me feel a little safer as a seller on ebay, even if it was inconvenient and took forever. I guess.
