We just got a brand new RANGE!!

I'm so excited! I do all the cooking in this house xD so its kinda a big deal. Let me just paint a picture haha.

Every range we've owned in the past has been a hand-me-down from some relative. And while I am grateful because they were all really good stoves, but they were old to begin with and we sort of use them right up until they fall apart, Iv never had a brand new one! Honestly I would still be happy with a used one but there's something about having something new that's really awesome lol.

Our last stove was from my uncle, We were down to two front burners and our oven stopped working a year ago. That means I haven't been able to bake anything for a year! o___o I love baking, I also loved when I could contribute to my sons class parties. The first thing my son requested was meatloaf. xD

Next week we are getting a new dishwasher, this house came with a dishwasher but it hasn't been used in MANY years. Personally I dont like them, but since I'm not the one that washes dishes I cant complain until I notice spots on my "clean" dishes.

We got a free mini freezer thing when we bought these two appliances so thats kinda a cool deal. ^^

I wish I was young enough to still feel like this was a sign of adult hood xD unfortunatly not in my case haha. STILL Iv been cooking everying on two burners for so long, I'm almost not sure if I remember how to use a full 4 burner range haha, not to mention an oven. Iv also been relying a lot on my crock pots. xD Not that Ill stop using them any time soon. haha

Congrats! It's nice to have new appliances!!
(We've gone through 3 used washers and 2 used dryers over the last 10 years. We recently converted to HE ones, we'll see how long they last!)
