Mexican Desert Rose?

I got this item in a surprise bag I purchased. Is it Mexican? I'm totally in love with her. She's so small and cute. About the size of a G4. Are there any more of them that came in these cases? I'd love to see pics! And are the ones on cards also smaller like this one?

It is in Spanish , is there any country mentioned on their label?, It could be an item for distribution in any Spanish speaking country, from Spain to Mexico and down to the Central and Southamerica

The bottom does say Mexico. I've heard of some ponies from there on cards. I just didn't know that they came in cases too. I wonder if they are the same size.

She's a lovely pony, congrats on a great surprise!
I found her at a thrift shop here in WI. I thought she was a fakie at first... It's nice to see one in package!

How weird to find her in WI! They do look really different with that hard plastic body and they are so much smaller.

There's quite a few ponies in different presentations I think the most famous were the babyzillas from Brazil (giant babylike ponies, I think we got Minty, Desert Rose, Sunny Daze? and Wysteria?)

There's the little case ones, slightly bigger ones with accessories, ones that came in little schoolbags, a pack with Rarity and Royal Bouquet, a carded scooter set and a carded kitchen set (I have Minty of the kitchen set, I'll get pics of you guys want :3 )

Desert Rose was among the 3rd release, and were found in the US, mainly in California (possibly Washington and Oregon) and New York. They also turned up in a store called Tuesday Morning (although I never found any at the 2 in my area).
