Yep a playdo toy. You put the playdo in the body and it gets pushed up through the holes to make hair

I actually need that set    I have the Pinkie Pie one, but am wanting the whole Play-Doh Pretty Parlour with Twinkle Twirl there.   It's definitely harder to find than the Pinkie Pie one.
