Probably Mizuki - Mizuki (瑞希) is a white snake shikigami and the second shinshi of Nanami Momozono. He is extremely naive and is shown to possess a child-like wonder and innocence in the ways of the human world and the things in it. As he continues to spend time with his new kami and her friends his world has expanded, but he remains by and large a rather goofy, loveable baby.
He isnt the sexiest guy but he is adorable and has the most amazing green eyes.

I have so many, alot of which have been mentioned here, but one hasn't and that is Yue from Card Captor Sakura! Fans of Sesshomaru and Fai should find him appealing

Boris from AITCOH is delightful! I must start watching it!

Oh I think they did make a movie for Alice In The Country of Hearts but it's really a japanese video game series and there's tons of Manga for it. It's kind of a dating simulation game. and the Manga's have different stories so you can go with your favorite character c: Boris has like 8 books!

If I could only marry one? Hmm..

Honestly I don't think any of them on my list. Now that I've made my own characters I don't feel the need to chase after other fictional ones as much.
I guess Willow but y'know she's actually a video game Chara and not anime one so whoops. But she has a lot of my favorite traits.

Alice in the Country of Hearts is what's called a "visual novel". I loooove visual novels! It's also an otome game- IE, a romantic game with a female protagonist dating men.

and just about every male in DN Angel (I bought an art book of it just to look at the sexy men, I have yet to see the anime or read the manga....
