it's pretty common, from what i've heard,
for toy fair items to be one of kind items for display.
some of the monster high ones last year were supposedly hand painted, and the dresses, also made my hand rather than machine.
why they usually have more details at the show. or so i'd guess.
wonder how much truth there is to it.

Okay, so I'm not much of a blind bag person, but that blue unicorn boy is adorable!! Is it Pokey Pierce? :o The colours look similar, so maybe? Either way, I might pick him up when he eventually shows up in shops!

(Also I'm laughing so hard right now at the pony with the coat-hanger symbol )

Notice the pegasus next to Flash Sentry and the red coathanger big mac... that's almost certainly Lightning Dust. Clears up all the Sassaflash/Lightning Dust confusion for wave 10!

Blue unicorn is definitely Pokey Pierce.

Suri Polomare, two of the fashion models, a random Manehattan background pony... but no Coco Pommel? WHY

I don't recognize either of the Applejack recolors, nor the light purple+gray Rarity, but that can be remedied by some searching... EDIT: here's the first Applejack, but no one's jumping out as candidates for the other two. Hmm.

As much as I like the Snowglobe ponies... why in the world did they give Luna yellow wings? It makes absolutely no sense.

I really hope that one is just a prototype, it doesn't fit her well at all! The Luna outside the packaging has normal wings obscured by all that hair.

The breezie can fit in the locket? How? Squash the poor thing like a bug? It did make me chuckle. As I pondered how it would work. Hulk smash skills needed?

Am interested in the Goth ponies. Different as all heck. The clear ones are snow globes or come with them. Thought they where just part of a clear or crystal set.

They have my attention with all the new blind bags.  All those molds!  I remember lamenting about the Rainbow Dash/Fluttershy recolors.  How far we have come, no? 

I am also sad if they plan to bundle the brushies with the new EG dolls.  I have never been a fan of dolls.  When I was little, a well intentioned relative splurged on a Barbie dream house for me.  Little did they know, I filled it with ponies. 

I love the new POP line and the Gingerbread house.  Anything that gets girls building I have to give props.  I will definitely be picking those up.

I hope that they eventually make pony toys of the new dolls we see... some of the colour combinations are really pretty.
