Here are a few of my recent coolbreeze restores.
Original wings were taken from the pink haired coolbreeze and applied to the one with long original uncut hair to make a perfect coolbreeze! :)  I Love restoring wingers!

Nope, just regular Folk Art acrylic white paint. About 3 coats worth to protect from the sun and die. I removed it after with rubbing alcohol, which I think faded the symbols a little bit. You might want to try it out on a baity pony first...I may have just rubbed too hard trying to get the white paint off impatiently! :)

Shadowlark:  WOW!  Those are some advanced techniques that I'd be terrified to tried, especially removing acrylic paint without also removing the original paint.  She looks so fabulous now, though!  Congrats!!!

Endocat:  Absolutely love your Moondancer!  She looks even better than mine, now.  Ha ha!

I'm working on a few more ponies who needed major help.  Pics to come soon.  ^__^

Endocat - your symbols looks great! I'm still working on how to re-do symbols. I don't have very good artistic skills, so while I can clean them up nicely, re-doing their symbols is hard for me. I had to send my Minty to sunnydaze to re-do her symbols cause it was a lost cause with me!

cyberunicorn - some of my favorite restores I've done are just simple cleanings and hair. I love the before pics where their hair is all over the place and then in the after pic it looks so shiny and smooth!

Great job everyone!

I think I have one here somewhere...I don't think this counts as a restore, but i got Applejack's Sweet Apple Barn at the Goodwill and everything was scuffed and dirty, so I thought I'd do some fun stuff with it:

Hmmm.  I don't think I've ever seen Applejack's playset to know what's different about it, but what you have looks really cute!  ^__^

Here are some of my recent clients:

I'll start with wild-haired Twilight Sparkle.

Whom I turned into a dignified little pony with a self-holding bun.  No styling products, clips, or pins hold this hair in place.

The next two clients caught my attention b/c they both had severe difficulty in standing up on their own.  Both had their right front leg rammed up into their chest like a severely dislocated joint.  It looked painful!  Secret Wish had the added problem of beginning tail rust.  Her hair was fine, but the washer needed to come out before it started to do damage.

Fancy Free also had some unsightly markings on her.  They were removed at the cost of some of her paint, but in the end, I think it was a small price to pay.

Secret Wish's hair was greasy or oily or something like she hadn't washed it in a month.  Pretty disgusting!  I usually brush out my ponies' hair before washing it, but not this time!  Straight to shampoo for this little girl!!!  Yuck!
