how did you pick your username

If I were an equestrian species, I'd be a changeling puttering around on one wing. This is what I was imagining when I came up with my username.

When I was younger, I loved rabbits and I had alot of difficulties remembering things and focussing due to my Autism-Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My mother used to ascociate things with rabbits when she was teaching me things to help me remember (like tying my shoes for example.) and my favourite story was Peter Cottontail. I also love to read and tell stories, so it kinda grew from there

When my cousins were little they loved Digimon and so I was always making up games for the three of us to play, which required us each to create our own Digimon. Since I really like the stories and folklore of kitsune (Japanese origin) I came up with a fox Digimon but wanted something a little more unique so i named my creation Kitkumimon. It sounded and looked close to 'kitsune', but had a softer look to it.

Flash forward a few years when I started needing usernames for online and for gaming. I kept coming up with gaming names that I never quite felt 'fit' as a unique 'this is me' name. Kitkumimon was pretty much retired, but I liked it overall. I just didn't want a Digimon-specific name. So, I dropped the 'mon' and stuck with Kitkumi.

I'm also named after my all time favorite pony, Bubbles. When I was choosing my name I actually came up with Double_Bubble_Trouble in reference to both G1 ponies Bubbles & Tiny Bubbles. However, when I signed up I was having a little anxiety attack and forgot all about Tiny Bubbles and to add 'Double' at the beginning.... Silly me!

On MH Arena I'm named after my favorite MH doll.

In high school I was into mythology and was horse crazy. Epona was my favorite godess. She is the Celtic godess of horses, donkeys and mules.  I have celtic heritage. So I used Epona as an online name and still use it.

Corona is the name of a fire spirit in the Golden Sun video game series. I'm a huge Golden Sun fan and the fire element is my favorite. (Didn't even think of the beer until someone else pointed it out, beer is yucky.)

My other MLP username, Duster Dawnhorse, comes in two parts.

Duster: The 30s slang for the giant dust storms in the American Dust Bowl. I'm an American history buff and I love the 20s and 30s.

Dawnhorse: The literal translation of eohippus, the species my ponysona is.

when I am not being lazy its actually CassStorm. Cass because my name is Cassandra, Storm because, when I used to write as a teen my pen name was Midnight Storm Dancer.. I love thunderstorms and tend to have a rolling temper lol.

Well, my e-mail address has STL in it, and Gusty is one of my favorite ponies.  Gusty was also the character I used in the "old days" within the internet pony community (well, I know others did, too, but I was Gusty "the hockey pony" lol).

I'm very proud of where I'm from (I love the Midwest...even though I'd rather live in the mountains, but..lol).  I don't necessarily live IN St. Louis, but I love to identify with the nearest major city to me whenever possible.  Plus, I love their sports teams
