Hola!

My horticultural marketing class wanted us to gather some basic info from any person 18 or older about... wait for it... processed vegetables! 

It's ten questions about processed veggies (frozen, canned etc.) and sustainability.  If any of y'all would be kind enough to take a few minutes to answer, I would definitely appreciate it!

I suppose that's correct - though it wasn't specified in the rubric, I'm guessing the prof wants us to focus on the U.S. market.

Haha, that's awesome!  I wish there were more self-sufficient people like your family out there! 

Thank you guys so much!  I really wasn't expecting such a huge response.  I only needed 10 people to answer, but between the Arena and the 3 subreddits I posted the link to yesterday, I currently have 110!!  I should analyze all the data after my project is done just for curiosity's sake.  The variety of responses is amazing!

I'm in a similar boat, too...  I made it about halfway through the survey when I realized I was typing novels for each answer that had a box to fill out because there are so many exceptions to my eating, lol.  Glad to hear that you got the input you needed, SilverGlade!
