Who was your first pony?

I had two first ponies -- Glory and Peachy. When I was three, my mom and I went to a thrift store and I was playing with those two. My mom says I liked them so much, the thrift store lady gave them to me. That started my whole collection . . . Who were your first ponies? Do you actually remember the moment you got them?

My first was a G1 Argentinian Baby Cuddles. My aunt gifted it to me when I was 4 or 5, I think... I don´t remember the moment when I receied it, but I yes remember me playing with the pont and her bottle and diaper (it drinks water and the piss  ). But now I haven´t the accesories 

And it is my only G1  Then when I was in the school was the time of the G2s, so in my childhood I collected some of them.

This year (I´m 25 years now  ) I started to collect white G3s

G3 Tink-a-Tink-a-Too.  For some reason (I believe it had something to do with them not looking like real horses), I intensely disliked the concept of MLP based on the TV ads.  That is, until I saw them in person!  My Dad bought me Tink-a-Tink-a-Too, and from then on I was pretty much obsessed with them.  So my childhood collection started with the first round of G3, and it has continued up until today.  I never really stopped collecting them, and now I'm even collecting G1.   MLP, Breyer horses, and Littlest Pet Shop are 3 toys that I doubt I'll ever stop collecting.

G1 Bow Tie. Can't remember the precise moment I got her, but I think it was a 5th birthday. She went everywhere with me and I still have her

Well, as a child we played with my sisters ponies, so I didn't really have my own.  My very first OWN was G1 Quarterback from thrift store,... then G4 Lily Blossom... and.. then I can't remember... obtained them in WAVES

Blossom. I was only 2 or 3 when i got her so I dont remember the moment. But I still have her in storage somewhere at my moms. I will find her again someday

Cotton Candy I believe was my very first pony. Unfortunately, I don't have her anymore. :/ I only own 2 childhood ponies and she isn't one of them.

I only had Wind Drifter! I think based on the episode The Fugitive Flowers that we had taped off TV, I really wanted Masquerade, and so it became "I want the yellow pony with green hair and wings." That's my best guess anyway.

When I started collecting again after I got into MLP again through FiM, my first ponies were Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. Then I started getting G1s, starting with Wind Drifter (of course!), Cloud Puff and Forget Me Not, all as a group.

G1 Bluebell in 1982 or 1983. My Mom was buying a birthday gift for my female cousin (close to me in age). She got Minty, I was shopping with her and was curious about the colored "little horses". As I called them, so she let me pick one. I chose my favorite color.

Did sort of a double take when I realized they where "girl toys" but got over it quickly. Since several of my cousins would play with my "boy toys" (Joes,Hot Wheels).  No harm done. After that I got a small collection via hand me downs.

G1 Cotton Candy!  I remember exactly where I got her and how fascinated I was with the mail order brochure.

When I was 6 I got my first pony Peachy with her grooming parlour.

When I started collecting again, 22 years later lol, I got G1 Minty.

G1 Bow Tie was my first and G1 Applejack was my second My sister's first was Megan and Sundance

G1 Bluebelle- my oldest sister bought her for me and I promptly opened her and lost her comb and ribbon in the back seat of my sister's car.  I don't have her anymore though because my brother threw her on top of a garbage truck because my middle sister and I covered the walls of his room in my little pony stamps

these two lovies were my first.
I had to have surgury for a bad birth defect when i was about 3 and my grams gave me these to keep me company in the hospital
They are still in pretty decent shape, tho missing most of their glitter.
