My bad day makes me need pony love...cheer me up with pictures

Oh I need pony love
I have been going through the emotions of missing family but they just fixed that and now I'm feeling blue because I am reminded as to why I live many states away from them and it still is not enough at times.
namely I had to delete a few family members because they don't know how to be happy for me and don't realize that just because you are family that doesn't mean you are entitled to know all my life details in my life. Perhaps if we share a bed but all the rest no I don't think so and they also don't realize the fact that if you don't have something nice to say then you keep your mouth shut. They are nosey and love to gang up when they can't get the information they desire that doesn't even effect or concern them
I wish the could learn to love others and treat others with respect no matter what especially when no one is getting hurt etc.
Some people just feel they are so entitled to stuff in my family and I want to scream the word selfish at them.
It seems my friends are worth more then their weight in gold and ponies and probably one of the reasons why I love the boards and love to collect. We unite as friends and know how to cheer each other up and now I am in need. I guess it's my turn

It's funny you show confetti first because hubby gave me a confetti he found for me about a month ago
She is a double for me and she needs a spa day but I kinda like her how he gave her to me so I kinda don't want to spa her. I will have to add a picture to this thread of her later

Is the purple g2 you pictured first the symbol a planet? If so I think it funny karma because I don't own many and have much knowledge on them yet but of the few I do own I usually look and pick one that I want next and am real slow to add them for I don't need them all but out of the lot of them I'm drawn to that purple with tinsel and planet symbol girl
So I want her to be the next lucky g2 who joins my herd. After her perhaps a baby but I really don't know who I want or like. It's odd
With my g1 collecting it was like all the unicorns
Then all the rainbows
Then oh twice as fancy
Etc until I was like oh wait I do like so soft ok yes so soft
Etc. yea all
I don't feel like this with g2 at all
I don't care or need to have hard to find pricey ones either

I'd love to see your Confetti Gypsy! I absolutely adore all my Confetti girls. Including the customs-in-making, I'll have 26 of them by the end of the year and my goal is to have at least 100 at one point

It's totally fine to feel that way - it's like I feel when it comes to G1's mostly. G2's are my childhood ponies. When G1's were first introduced, Poland was still a country which was part of the Soviet Union. Only after 1990 we started to have original Hasbro ponies in shops and they were really expensive. Luckier people had ponies from their families from around the world or Europe. That's how I got Rosette and Chatterbox, who belonged to my cousin at first and she passed them to me. I only had two G1's that my parents bought me - Pina Colada and Baby Count-a-lot, which is with me up till today

Work was okay today. I am kinda down though still about family drama I guess it's because my sister upset me and now no longer want to know each other etc. I find myself angry and reliving the time she invited herself to visit me when my parents were to visit so she could see more of them so she followed them in their rental car here a few years ago so all in all I never got the quality me and my parents and kids were entitled to cuz she had to have my time too! This angers me that she was so selfish and was in my house visiting when I never asked her to come then and my parents have time, $ and means to visit us but don't . I visit them with my kids etc every other year! I have some family! No wonder my hubby kids and I live states away. I feel step children and adopted children get more consideration then I get from my family I feel like an outsider with no family! I'm so sick of them I tell my husband when we go visit we shouldn't even feel like wasting our time with my side including parents who don't know how to be grandparents. I'm sick of the fact my kids are almost grown. What will be the excuse this grand kids 8th graduation this spring? Last 8th grade grand daughter graduated here you chose to go to your nieces wedding. My kids don't forget and if you never grow close it's my parents fault not mine.
Sigh sorry I still upset. More ponies are in order pretty please.

it was another rough day
I did speak to my grandma who means the most to me on my blood side and so far she hasn't been turnt against me by my sister
but I did post in whats your problem so look for me to check and get me out there about the matter
this resulted in more drama today anyhow with my evil sister and she stooped to an all new low
all I am going to say is I use facebook for positivity and some of you may be getting a thank you for being my friend post on there really soon
I am just sick to my stomach from all this drama so all the pony stuff is helping but I need more...pretty pony please
oh and I am so sick with drama I am having a hard time remembering the name of the blue one Hathorcat!! and she has been a grail of mine

I love ponies because they fill my imagination with a fantasy world. In that world I am calm, I have friends and I can express myself creatively. My pony world borrows locations from the shows, books and comics but the stories are completely different although I tend to only use characters from one generation in a particular scene. I'm currently building locations by collecting photos to folders on my computer. The locations are slightly limited by the sets and individuals I'm actively collecting. So far I have:

I can't show any pictures, but I know exactly how you feel hon.  My Mom is someone I am better off being a state away from.  I do miss her and enjoy the time we spend together when I visit, but I can't live with her.  When I have problems with life she never just listens, she always tries to lecture or instruct.  Like with weight loss; I'll be talking about how stressed out I am over something else and she'll bring up every time "Go walk for 30 minutes.  It will help with stress and your weight."  It's like really. 

The reason I love my ponies is because they are always happy no matter what.  When I look at the ones I have displayed it makes me feel good.  When I take them out and brush their hair or attempt to clean them I feel like I am helping them feel good too.  Ponies have always been there for me and even when my mom was like enough is enough I kept buying anyway.  It's my life and I'll buy ponies if I want to.  :hugs:  Feel better soon honey.
