No country Starlight Babies?

I got a Baby Explorer, the yellow one, from a flea market recently. She looks normal, but the "Hong Kong" under her hoof is melted. Has anyone else seen something like this before? It looks factory made to me, but I can be wrong. Will add photos as soon as my camera's batteries are full again

Yeah, it sounds like she's a No Country variant I had Baby Mischief which had the same thing under her hoof.

There have been some previous threads on this before
Besides the No Country there is also China and Hong Kong manuf. marks.
One of our German members here, mabe BerryMouse (?) has some of them in their collection.

Are the NC/Spanish ones more matte like a regular pony? How much harde are the NC's to find?

No they are shiny there is very little difference between the versions so they are hard to spot and often slip under the radar.
