How often do you add to your pony collection?

Hilloz! I am a bit concerned that I am becoming too obsessive about ponies. The adding to my collection can range from anywhere to two weeks to a month, or whenever a new item is released from g4 that I really desperately want. I used to go collect two new blind bags and/or trading cards every day but I've stopped that habit now lol How often do you add to your collection and how do you ignore that voice in your mind that screams "BUY MORE PONIES!!!"

I add about once every two months.  That little voice sings to me all the time though.

Once or twice a month. Depending on money and if Walmart has BB in stock. There isn't a buy me voice.

My Monster High collection is my main priority so whenever I have money, it goes to that. But if I still have leftover money after buying a new doll, I'll get some ponies.

I used to have pony packages arrive everyday not anymore, mainly because of money and I have very specific wants. I collect accessories mainly.

I tend to go on a big general toy buying splurge throughout the year at random times. I normally have a splurge every few months, and that normally ends up with about 2 genuine ponies and a handful of fakies coming my way.

Maybe one a year if not less.

It really depends on what is available and if I'm around to go shopping or browse the web for ponies. I buy a lot of the G4 stuff so it has been overwhelming lately, but I actually look forward to that dying down so I can pick up some G1s I don't have.

For me it's sort of about what's going on in my life. If I'm cashed up and a bit depressed, or have that shopping urge, I'll jump online and go hunting, and usually come off with a few ponies coming my way... but otherwise I usually just watch and keep an eye on prices, maybe buy if it's a real bargain.

well I didn't really answer the question, did I? I'm going to say a couple of times a month.

Hah!  I add to my collection every time something new comes out. What's worse is that for stuff like brushables, I have to get two- one to open immediately and one to keep unopened for future sale.

Of course, I've never actually sold any unopened ponies yet.

I maybe buy one G1 a month. I've been picking up G3s more frequently lately... might as well pick up the ones I like while they are still relatively cheap.

I was pretty pony crazy for a while, but now because of various factors, I don't buy a new pony very often, at least not new from the store. I'm saving my money, and besides that the urge isn't as strong and my growing G1 collection means that there are a shrinking number of ponies left to acquire that aren't on the more expensive side.

All I can say is not often anymore. Haven't bought a pony since November, I'd say. Not enough money.
