Do You Use Wen?

I was wondering if anyone uses this shampoo and your thoughts on it.

I've been thinking about buying it, but...I dunno, Amazon has mixed reviews...

It's a hair care system who's infomercials are finally starting to wear me down:

http://www.wen.com/

They're having a special on QVC right now.  QVC & HSN always get my attention when there's nothing better to watch.

I remember seeing an episode of Mama's Family when I was a kid...and, well, I just found it on YouTube:

This is what I think of when I start watching QVC/HSN

I think the main difference with the Wen system is they don't use the dreaded Sodium Laureal Sulphate, which makes everything foam.

I use shampoo made from Honey!

I used it as I had gotten it off QVC years ago. I didn't like it. I didn't like the way my hair felt during using it and afterwords. Like I was washing with something that wasn't shampoo.

I tried it out once quite a long time ago, and I liked it. It was different to use it, as mentioned, because it wasn't foamy-- and I think it had to sit on the hair longer...

But for now I just continue with other shampoos... although I'd use it again.

My mom uses it and loves it.  It apparently doesn't suds up like the other shampoos?

Never heard of it!

I love Renpure's "my pretty hair is parched" shampoo with Garnier's Triple Nutrition conditioner!  Sometimes I use Ion's replenishing revivalizant conditioner mixed in with my Garnier. Works great!  My Renpure doesnt have that sodium lauryl sulfate-that chem dries out my hair!

Never heard of it, but I did use shampoos tht don't foam.  You need to wash your hair out really good, it will feel a bit sticky afterwards for some reason.

Spiff, if you don't want to pay the price for Wen, Sally's Beauty Supply makes their version of it too, for cheaper.

I've heard of it, but I steer clear of shampoos that don't lather.  To me, if it doesn't lather, then it means my hair isn't getting clean.

I use to think the same thing. But, now that I'm becoming more aware of my hair and how certain shampoos/conditioners affect it, I feel like I'm trying everything under the sun. I'm switching sulfate free whenever I'm done with the shampoos I have now and will most likely start to "co-wash" in the future. My hair just isn't getting the moisture it needs, so it's dry and damaged and frizzy and my scalp is terrible.

I have no idea how to take care of my hair. -.-

I've tried sulfate free shampoos (not Wen though) and did not care for them. My hair is thick & coarse, long, and tends to be oily rather than dry. The sulfate free shampoos I tried made my hair really limp and greasy feeling and built up on my scalp. Maybe I didn't rinse well enough or something?
