Hot Topic Cash - A Couple Questions...

I have two coupons, but each have the same code.

Question 1:
If I use the first code online, can I still use the second code (w/receipt) at the store?

Question 2:
Could I use this code more than once online?

Question 3:
Both coupons are good for purchases between 9/19 -9/29.  Once, I had a coupon that was turned in when I returned an item.  Hot Topic emailed me for the last year saying "Time to spend your Hot Cash!"  So, are these things good for a year even though there are dates printed on them?

I know I should contact customer service, and I probably will...I just had "meh" experiences the last few times I called (rude lady, guy who gave me completely wrong information, and helpful lady who I had to explain a problem three times before she understood what I was talking about...)

I'm not sure. All I was told about these new coupons is that they stack. Maybe ask the clerk the next time you go in?

They are only good during those dates. They do hot cash sales somewhat often though.

The codes are all the same, they get posted online all the time, so you can still use it I'm store. They're good whenever there is a hot cash sale (every few months), You can use the code more than once online but for different orders, there's a few more codes too that you'll probably find, like the $30 off $60. I'm sure someone will post the codes then. I'd check to see if the codes stay the same all year, but I'm pretty sure I googled, "hot cash codes" and was able to use older ones.

I've not tried to use them past the dates printed on the card but I do know that people post the codes on here all the time.  I know that they are stackable and that if you have the 15% off within 30 days for having so many points (which I have right now), you can use that with it.
