How much space do your ponies have? Hubby wants to know...

None of the answers fit me perfectly. I keep all of my G1 ponies in a wardrobe with locked door.  I have a shelving unit in there they stand on.  All of my G3 ponies are mostly in plastic containers with just a few out but not many.  I keep my G4 blind bags in a plastic container under the bed.  I don't display many ponies.  I do have a PE and there are several in that along with the DC, LN and SS.  Other than that everything is contained and put away. I have so many collections I can't keep them all out and what is out is driving me crazy.  Even if I had a bigger house I probably would not display everything.  I need less clutter yet I don't have it where I want it at home.

He said I should ask for square feet, too, so if you know how many square feet your ponies have for their very own, let us know!
I have about 1800 SF, and it all needs to be re-organized. It just hasn't been pretty since I added the couch- the best addition to that room, not counting ponies! I'll post pictures later, though they might be pictures from BEFORE the couch.

None of the options apply to me - most of my small bedroom is taken up by pony shelves or storage tubs with ponies/accessories in them. I also have several playsets in the basement that there is just not room for in my room. So while they don't have their own room, I certainly have enough that I could have a decent pony room! Maybe some day...

I have three big cabinets for my ponies and one shelf for them So they are quite prominent in my house. We don't really have much clothes and ponies definitely take more space that clothes do in our house, and we're both fine with that

My ponies get the bookshelf in my bedroom, the spice shelf on my dresser, the space in front of the spice shelf, and I have a small shelved coffee table where restoration ponies and plushies get to live. So... most of my bedroom. I just try to keep them off the bed.

Right now my g4s have a shelf to themselves in my office and my g1's are kind of everywhere (I am rearranging my office). I have a big drawer for bait ponies too. My Breyers have their own shelf and so do my MH dolls. I took down the shelves that I had my blind bag collection on and am not sure where I am putting them.

I try not to collect anything big like the plushies (but I will get Luna and Rarity if BAB makes them). And I try to not collect 2 of the same character (except Luna, Rarity and my ponysona customs). But my Tonner dolls are kind of big and the horses I bought for them are very big and they are in my closet.

Every time I think I have a lot of ponies, I look at other people's collections and think 'WOW'. Your hubby sounds like a real doll for wanting to make sure you have lots of space

i have a big closet in the living room for them ( my other toys are spreaded over the kids bedroom and ours). our flat has just this 3rooms (plus bath, kitchen) and is just a bit over 56m²

They're splayed throughout my room. in herds based upon seasons. Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. If a pony doesn't match a season, they're simply a nomad. Which live on my nightstand  except for Starcatcher, Princess Celestia, and Twinkle Twirl which live on my DirecTV cable box

OP - I meant to say, before I had kids my ponies and dolls had the spare bedroom all to themselves. I had to move dolls and ponies off the bed when someone came to stay I guess the room was 12 square foot? I cant believe how much space yours have - do you live in a mansion!!

I have a room for my dolls/ponies/toys...just a small spare bedroom that I also keep my sewing machine and craft table in. BUT my ponies have also migrated into my bedroom where they have six - six inch shelves. And now the blind bags are saying they would look so cute in a boxed frame to be wall art when I redo the main bathroom. Eesh...they really tend to take over the house. >.<

let's see...there's the cabinet in the living room ( about 8 sq feet total) the three shelves in the living room ( another 6 sq feet) the wall of shelves in the bed room ( that total up to about 9 sq feet) including the three smaller display shelves and the two blind bag racks. Then there's the storage tub with the sale/ trade ponies ( about 2 sq feet or less)

So it's about 25 sq feet give or take a few inches here and there but most of the ponies are hanging on the wall out of the way my house is small so space has to used wisely.
