When you're half asleep do you do crazy things?

When I almost fall asleep, I talk and make up weird stories.  I've also half woken up in the middle of the ngiht, gotten dressed for work, walked out of a locked house, and ended up in the garage, in my golf cart, turned on and in reverse, ready to head to work.  (I used to work as a waitress in the gated community where my parents live, while I was living with them, so I could just take a golf cart to work...so easy).  Scared me pretty bad...one time driving home from work after a SUPER late party, I ended up in the orchard, and nowhere near the road.  No idea how I got there, and getting out was a terrible time.  o.O 

The more tired I get, the funnier everything is, and the funnier I may end up being.

OK, we need a bit more detail on the butt-spam!  As for me, last night I was up until 2 watching old Land of the Lost episodes on you-tube and thinking it was the funniest thing ever.  I'm blaming the cold virus that hubby brought home for that!  I also talk in my sleep. 

All of these are hilarious.

I just pretty much spammed the word butts over my wall and my friends wall. I'm thankful I left the MLP arena page alone though.
I also posted a "butts version" of the MLP logo I drew because my tablet happened to be plugged in at the time.

oh this thread makes me laugh.

I'm an insomniac AND a hypersomniac, so I'm always crazy. Although I'm an awesome sleepwalker.. I do the paranormal activity thing and stand at the end of the bed with my head tilted staring at sleeping hubby. Scares the crap outta him when he wakes up! The first time he thought there was an intruder and went to tackle me. Thank goodness he was sleepy and slow and realized it was me before he hit me! I've also unlocked doors and windows in my sleep, so I take medication sometimes now when I've been having 'episodes'.

Hubby will wake suddenly if I go to bed later than him and may come up swinging.  Daughter sleeps normal on the couch/twin bed/recliner.  (she's 8)  Anything bigger than that, she sleep scoots.  All over.

When my hubby and I first started living together I woke up one morning to find him curled up at my feet like a puppy on top of the covers. Cutest thing ever!

So.. this is kinda weird, but, I know I don't do much when I sleep, because my fiance and I decided to put a night vision camera up in the bedroom for a night to see what the animals do at night (yeah yeah I know what ya'll are thinking, but NO, the video camera was PURELY innocent!) AND because my fiance NEVER believes me when I tell him the stories of what HE does while sleeping...

Well, the funniest thing from the video for ME is that one of my cats, Morrison, decides about 5am that it's time to start checking on me to see if I'm awake. He comes up to my face every 15-30 minutes to see if I'm awake, until I wake up. He's like always the first cat I see in the morning, so I found THAT adorable. The only thing the video showed my fiance was how much he snores!...

...BUT... he talks and does all kinds of things in his sleep, eating is one of them. The funniest thing to date was one night when we had our bedroom furniture arranged differently, our bed was like in a corner, so the head and one side of the bed both touched walls. Well, I was sleeping on the outer side of the bed, and my fiance was up near the wall. All of a sudden, he sits straight up, looks right at me, says, "AHRSLBLAHGRGG!" (as it if was some sort of words he was trying to say), then turned straight towards the wall and flung himself full force (as if he was springing out of the bed) into the wall. It was kind of like that video of the dog running in it's sleep that stands itself up and runs into the wall? Yeah... So, yeah, that's my story...

I think the things people do in their sleep are often hilarious.  One time my husband got out of bed and started picking up ponies from my collection.  He's just pick them up and drop them, knocking most of them over in the process.  I asked him what he was doing and he just mumbled some gibberish, so I told him to come back to bed.  Then, for some reason, he was afraid I was really mad at him.  Later he told me he'd been dreaming that there were candles in the ponies and they needed to be put out.

He also has a tendency to laugh and mumble in his sleep.  Usually I can't make out what he's saying, but one time I heard very clearly, "I don't think a snake that size would be able to put siding on the house."

I'm just grumpy when half asleep.  More so than usual.
