So DemonicSymphony won a prize in Reed's raffle, and asked me to make her a custom based on her PonyIsland DVS Peanut. Pics yes?

loginThe colours are taken from DS' DVS, and she mentioned using an elephant for the symbol, she loves purple and DS' daughter (whom the DVS and this pony are based on/made for) loves butterflies so I mashed it all up and came out with this!
The body was first airbrushed to get the gradient colours just right, and so the butterflies in her leg gradient would have some fade going on the further down the legs they went. Then the butterflies were laid down, and her top colours were airbrushed.
Symbol on one side is a plushie styled elephant with butterfly 'print', while the other side is the name of DS' daughter, done in a gorgeous flowy script which was then given several layers of colour highlights.
Eyes are inspired by the 'Nut herself, and I LOVE the way they look - may become a new eye style for me
All painting is done with artist grade acrylics, sealed with dullcote. Triple thick and modpodge gloss used on the eyes
Her hair is Fairy's Breath, Tea Rose, Pink Sugar, Water nixie, bluebelle, Bobby blue, mermaid, atomic turquoise, sea nymph, sour grapes, amethyst and ultraviolet all from dollyhair.
Her hair jewellery is removable and features swarovski crystals, butterfly charms, chain and purple pearls (because pearls are Peanut's birthstone and purple because DS really, REALLY loves purple!)
