new Funko pony cupcake figures? (updated with probable pic)

This cute, 3-inch tall collectible from Funko features a "frosting" lid that opens and allows you to store cupcake pieces inside. The My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Drama Pony Hooves Cupcake Keepsakes Series 1 Mini-Figure comes with a display pedestal so you can show her off at work, and you can actually take the mini-figure apart yourself as it's made up of removable accessories.

SOUNDS like it may be a buildable pony that fits inside a cupcake ?   Anyone have any more info ?  I wonder if these relate to those little buildable figures that someone recently found on Taobao.

I am a bit relieved as they appear to be a tad pricey and I love cupcakes so would normally not be able to resist.  However, THOSE are not my style at all.

Not really much of a cupcake. I hope the pony ones are not like that.
Also, Applejack and Rarity should be a bit more important than Miss Bubblebutt and Vinyl Scratch. (And that's coming from someone who loves Vinyl.)

Awww....I think the Disney ones are kind of cute.  I like the villain and princess ones.  Maleficient may be added to my Funko Pop one if I ever see these. Heck my niece would love a Minnie Mouse one.  These could go with my Cupcake Dolls.  Where are these supposed to be sold?

And yet I...I like them? IDK I think they're a cute, pop-culture sort of spin on ponies. I like it, it's artsy. Reminds me of those designer vinyl toy monster things.

It says they came out in May? Where do you find them?

THey're not out yet-  I suspect the anticipated date was May (because all of the new Funko products were supposed to land in May) -  but production is late with the other lines (pushed to June) - so I expect that these products are the same.
