Starswirl the Bearded

I was bored so I drew something. We don't know a ton about Starswirl, other than he was a wizarding pony of the pre-classical era. That's quite some time ago, so I decided to make him an older style of unicorn with the goatlike beard and hooves, and the lion style tail. I used G3 Star Swirl's color scheme and added plenty of magic.

I actually toned down my detail just a bit to mimic the comic style of FiM but I can't help myself with backgrounds, I love them!

His hooves were fun and different to draw since I've never drawn those before. I tried to just remember all the goats in the zoo's petting zoo. Sooo cute!

He looks great! The background seems especially fitting for him - its fantastic that you have managed to capture him as a true wizarding pony!

What about perhaps some of the toys which have never made the show - such as Dewdrop Dazzle or Honeybuzz?
