ID please?

I found this dog last summer at a yard sale. I have no clue what it is or even what decade it is from since the yard sale had toys from all different decades (including a Sweetheart Sister MLP). The only thing I am sure of is the shirt was colored on with markers and is supposed to be white. There are no markings on it at all. Any clues as to what it is would be helpful.

Pretty sure it's a Bratz dog. If you look at this photo, you can see the eyes are similar.

Edit: Yep it came in the Bratz Pampered Pets line; the doll was Charli.

Thanks for the fast answer. I swear this family was unloading several generations of toys at once. I only had a little money so I had to be picky but something about this dog stood out.
