I wanted a list a little more extensive than the 7 continents, and still have it relatively short. This poll is meant to ask you where you live currently, not necessarily where you originate. Feel free to let us know where you are from if you don't live there right now.

I wanted to make this poll because I find myself fascinated with people who are from other parts of the world. We have had Ethiopian neighbors and we have some El Salvador neighbors. My son's pediatrician is from Libya I just learned yesterday. There are a lot of folks from the Netherlands round these parts too. It's just all so cool to me. Such a rich tapestry.

Also, as the gatekeeper, I get to see new applicants from all sorts of countries.

Now about me. I've from the United States, but I live in Canada and I've visited Mexico. So, just North America and mostly on the west side of it.

Australia! I've only been overseas once, to Mauritius on our honeymoon, but we're headed to New Zealand in November! We seem to like the places that are less hassle - no visas required (from Australia, anyway), LOL! We have plans to visit the US in the next few years though, it's so cheap right now, and with the currency exchange - well it's even better!

Not yet to US/Canada - but they are of course on the list!!
With all the technology today - the world is a much "smaller" place - and it is really amazing to "chat:" to people from many different places and cultures!

I have been abroad to Teneriffe, Germany, Sweden and Estonua. Would love to visit New Zealand and Australia. For the richness of nature ( and wines  ). Also Iceland have always interested me...

uk here  but have a house in Spain (that at some point I would like to become my permanent address. But I have being to France, Tunisia, Malta, Dominican republic, Portugal, Sardinia, Scotland and other places but I cannot remember them at the moment.

But I absolutely want to see USA, China and Egypt (not necessarily in that order)

I was born and raised in Northern CA (the Bay Area).  Still live here too!  And love it.

But in my city, although I am Caucasian, I am in the minority.  Most of the residents are either Asian (mostly Chinese, although there are many Japanese and Koreans) or Indian (as in from India).  It does make for lots of fabulous restaurants!

I did live in Utah while I was in college, and other states I have visited are Washington State, Hawaii, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, and Arizona.  I have been to Mexico, and to Western Europe (France, Italy, Belgium, and the UK).
