Gauging Interest: Music Interpretation/Appreciation Swap?

This would be a swap where we list our top 5 (or 10; either one) favorite songs and then the partner listens to them, chooses a favorite, and then customizes the pony based on what he/she felt or experienced when listening to it.  What color, or what imagery comes to mind?  Put it on the pony.  Got a favorite lyric?  Incorporate it somewhere into the pony.  That kind of thing...

It might be a bit tricky since everyone has different tastes in music, but it would be a great way to share opinions and ideas, and appreciate music better as an art form.

Someone else might have to host it, since I don't meet the requirements for hosting yet.

Let me know what you think though.  And don't be afraid to tell me this is a bad idea, 'cause even I'm a bit uncertain of it.

My entire music library is video game and Japanese music.  I get the feeling that yours can't be worse than mine.  Mine would make me appear like I don't have a life.

I think this sounds like a really cool idea that would result in some really neat and interesting ponies. It would definitely have it's challenges, but I think it could be a lot of fun.

That would work too.  It would be very cool, especially if the video didn't physically appear to match the song, but it had an underlying meaning that did.  Excellent way to express opinions on interpretation.
