Hi, I sorta blundered in here because I'm trying to locate someone I used to know who made Dr. Who and Torchwood customs.  I think she used to be active on these boards, but I'm not sure she still is.  I have some non-pony items I promised to send her years a few years back, but I had an attack of real life and never got them into the mail.  Now I'm not sure if the address I have is still current, and am hesitant to consign a box to an uncertain post office fate, so I'm hoping she still makes customs and is still active because I'd really like to mail this out.

Hopefully somebody will recognize the member you are trying to find. Otherwise you could always send a letter to her address first to see if she still lives there :)
