She's agreed to refund me $20 after a week of looking. I will be leaving her feedback with all of this in it

me too. :) If BJD pieces weren't so dang expensive I wouldn't have cared so much, but $23 for one set of hands is pricey.

As Dragonlady says, I'm thinking she must have had the hands and fully intended to include them, then tried to cover up the missing hands by including those yummy extras.

Sorry she was messing you about, but I'm not surprised, I've already had the pleasure of meeting some really unprofessional sellers over on DoA after just a few months of membership. Glad to see things are being sorted out for you, though!

Sunday was a week, no message from her. I pm'd her Monday, no answer.  I sent one more nice PM today... Wondering if I should just open a paging thread. I noticed she hasn't left feedback for me, and I'm not going to till she lets me know about the hands.

How is this going for you?  I don't think you're being unreasonable by asking her to provide the items in the sales thread.  All those extras were sweet, but they were extras.  You are owed hands or a partial refund.
