I really want the fashion packs to go on sale at the nearest TRUs... or the travel Pinkies, I'd love to have her various outfits even though I don't like Pinkie as much as I like Ginger. But everything at our local Targets disappeared once they went on clearance, and despite the line being cancelled, everything at TRU is still full price and so there's a lot of shelf-warming... I'm worried I'll miss them when they do finally go, though-- we don't have a TRU in our town, so I only ever even go in if I'm in one of the next cities over.

I am sad that there will never be a legitimate three-pack from this line or more fashions. I feel Pinkie Cooper and the Jetset Pets never got a fair shake--maybe there were ads I never saw, but how were children supposed to find out about them unless they stumbled across the tiny display in a store? I know they had the webisodes, but one can't search on the internet for something one doesn't know exists.

Very true! They are beautiful dolls, it's strange and disapointing they didn't catch on.  I don't know if it would have helped to go with something a little more original than '' fashion dolly LOOOOOVES fashion'' story and your basic girl color+glitter outfits...



Boy, those bootleg ones look NASTY. Could be good customizing material though...

Exactly!  I never saw a single commercial for them, on the internet or on TV.  I only heard about them from a combination of people talking on here and the Toy Box Philosopher blog.  The website and the webisodes are nice, too, but unless you buy one of the dolls, you'd have no idea it existed.  I think they would have been better off with a simpler website, and putting more money into advertisement.  And even if a kid did stumble upon the display, most kids go to the toy store with a specific "goal" in mind.  So if they saved up for an Ever After High doll for ages, odds are they aren't going to change their mind and buy a different doll at the last minute.  That is how my friends and I were as kids, anyway.

If all goes to plan, I'll be visiting my favorite flea market today!  There's a toy store that's nearly 80% fakies!!  Hoping to find some good ones (or at least the Titanic Transformer or the Thomas the Tank Engine Voltron)!

Wow those fakies. The ears are rooted and the eyes look smaller and painted on. I wish the bodies on the fakies were closer to the original dolls. Some extra Pinkie bodies would be great since I can't help but wonder if Catwalk Kitty heads would look cute on the Pinkie bodies with their ittle paws. Tho I suppose it's more likely we will find Pinkie fakies with MH bodies first.

Awww. You should take some pictures the next time you go! I've only ever seen a few fakies at te flea market last year - two types of Monster High fakies. Not the most exciting, really.
