Now my embarrassing questions. I've never actually been in a Build-a-Bear before. How does it work? I'm seeing mention of accessories and also stuffing your own plush so I take it the point is to start with the raw materials and build it yourself?

You pick out your floppy unstuffed bear/pony/whatever, then you get to stuff it as thick and puffy or thin and limp as you want and stick a little heart inside... Then I believe the employee would stitch it up and you get to go pick out clothes, name your critter and print out a little birth certificate, and pay for it.
