Is it finally safe to order from Dollyhair again?

hmm, the thing that still keeps me from ordering from dollyhair is that i´ve seen no clear answear if one hank still is enought for one G1 Adult. does someone here know more about it?

Yes, one hank is enough for 1 adult and that means mane + tail. Tried and tested on my side.

My order came in today. I ordered 18 hanks. They average about 18 grams. Two come in at 15grams and one at 20. She included a free hank, but there was one missing. As well I ordered two hanks of Raspberry Nymph which was a custom blend, and instead I got two raspberry sorbets. *sigh* I've emailed her about the missing hank and the incorrect ones. Guess we'll see what happens. I want to say overall I'm happy, but I hope I get the missing/wrong ones

Well.  I really needed hair.  So I ordered and asked in the order to make sure these ones aren't short like last time.  I wonder if I'll get some free hanks too like everyone else has been getting?  As long as nothing is missing it's okay I guess.  I'm still really sad about being shorted last time, and I get mad when I look at those pathetically skimpy hanks.
Kind of weird how some people are saying yay free hanks and other people are saying oh no I'm missing (x) colour!

I'm sure the free hanks are a nice sign of appreciation, but I imagine most people would rather have correct orders in the first place.

Well my order from the 22nd arrived yesterday, so shipping time wasn't bad at all.  I haven't weighed anything or double checked the list of what I ordered yet, but it looks to be correct.  I also got 2 free hanks with it.

Honestly I would have rather gotten the missing hank and the correct colors than a free hank.

I received my order today, no missing colours this time.  They were 11g, 12g, 15g, three at 16g, two at 18g, and one at 20g though.

The replacement hanks came today. They're the correct weight. I'm honestly going to say, order at your own risk.

I got my order the other day and they all seemed to be the old weight and she gave me a free hank of hair. I am a very happy customer.

That is just so random. I did get all my hanks, but the weight difference was so big.. from 11g to 20g.. And no free hanks.

I ordered about 20 hanks last weekend, got a shipping notice on Thursday, and I should have my stuff early next week.  The last order that I had was fine, but it was only about 3 hanks.
