Is it finally safe to order from Dollyhair again?

My hanks were 19g, 16g, 19g, 18g, 17g and one at 14g.. Aaand I still havent received any answer to my emails. Sigh.

I just received my order yesterday. I had placed a big order. I did get a free hank of hair, but still was short one hank of fairys breath that I had paid for and ordered. Sad face... It was my first time ordering and I sent an email stating the lack of hank. I hope I still get it in the mail soon.

Well, I received one of my orders today. Hopefully the second one arrives on Monday. The orders were placed the same day about 4 hours apart. The one that arrived today was the second order, so I'm hoping they were both sent around the same time. Still no email though...

Just got the 3 hanks I ordered, I don't have a scale on me at the moment but they all look to be the right size. I'm so happy to finally have Dusty Rose, I have a few restorations I haven't been able to do because it was out of stock for a while there.

I would also like to say that Tina has had legitimate reasons for some of the slow shipping times; e.g. when her son was born. She does try to set things right when people have had issues. I'm not saying she's perfect but she has always done well by me.

I got a free hank with my most recent order. All were the correct weight, though, considering they were MLP hanks of nylon, it was to be expected.

My free ones came in.  Seem to be the right size.  Now I need to find a use for one that does not speak to me atm.  Hmmm

I got my second order on Monday and Tina emailed me Tuesday so all is good.

Everything seems to be okay here too, I finally got an answer to my email and they promised to send the missing hair to me. I even placed a second order, so hopefully everything goes ok now!

I was really debating about ordering again.  Personally, I've never had issues with Tina and I've ordered a lot from her in the past.  It was just the fact that this is happening all over again, and her attitude about it at some places just left a bad taste in my mouth.  BUT, like I said, I've personally never had an issue.  Tina has always been super friendly and responsive with me, I've never had a problem with past orders or shipping, but I haven't placed an order in at least 3 years.  I decided to go ahead and give it a shot and see what happens.  I placed a decent sized order, about $45 worth of MLP Nylon.  I haven't received a response to the questions I asked within the order, but I got my confirmation email.  We'll see how it goes.

I ordered about $60 worth of hair yesterday. I got my confirmation email. Waiting on the shipping now. Hopefully it all goes well. I have a bunch of restorations I need to get too. I wish Retro Doll would of had all the colors I needed.

I ordered hair from DH and RDUK at the same time. The DH arrived 10 days ago, im still waiting for the hair from RD!!! Plus DH gave me 3 free hanks :-)

hmm, the thing that still keeps me from ordering from dollyhair is that i´ve seen no clear answear if one hank still is enought for one G1 Adult. does someone here know more about it?

Even the low weight hanks are enough for one G1 Adult. Thats for sure. Usually i've been able to do one adult + one baby if the hank is normal weight.
