OH... MY... GOD... AURORA!  What have you done?!?!

Today was the best ever!  What is funny was when I was giving the boxes to Lily to put under the tree I was like, number 10 looks like it will be awesome.  I have no idea why I thought this, it wasn't the biggest parcel, and it was just box shaped.  But I did think it, and I've been really excited to open it for the past 10 days.

Sky Dancer, McDonald's Rarity and Lyra's Oxford (plus more candy, not pictured).  Now if the beautiful Sky Dancer wasn't awesome enough, you have no idea how excited I am by that book!  I LOVE the 'His Dark Materials' Trilogy and I had no idea this book even existed.  I kid you not, Lily's name was nearly Lyra, but it sounded funny paired with our last name, and literally we decided to switch to Lily just after she was born because of it.

Just want to check in and say that Eskara, I am absolutely loving my gifts! I will update with a picture of everything within the next few days but end of term exams and working full-time at the moment is running me into the ground

Four more days of amazingness- I got to open a few today after we were away for the weekend. OMG WYSTERIA!!! I've wanted her for so long, and the one time I tried to buy her the seller disappeared. SO HAPPY! You can't tell very well from the picture, but her hair still has so much pink in it. And delicious hot chocolate, a little note pad I can fit in my small purse, and the most adorable holiday tissues ever.

So I opened my Day 9 present yesterday and I got PONY WEAR!! These were pieces I needed so I'm excited. I have been wanting to find that hat for a long time as well as the saddle blanket where the elastic wasn't stretched out.

So for today, I had set out the Day 10 present the night before so I had it all ready in the morning to open. My cats were going nuts. In fact, one of them decided to try to help me unwrap it. Once I opened it... I knew why they were so interested. Catnip Toys!!! There is another one somewhere but my cat Nala took off with it.

Sorry to hear you're only barely staying above ground.  Hope things pick up for you soon! And I'm glad you like your presents=)  Oh, I forgot to answer about the magnets; yes, I did make them.  If a gift of yours seems home made, it probably is.  I haven't had a job for four months now and had to get creative with what I included   Right now, selling those hand-made items on Etsy is what's keeping the bills paid!

I didn't post yesterday because it was a lazy day.  After we got home from church, we watched a movie and slept for a couple hours, then watched another movie... Lazy, lazy day.  I loved it =)  And yesterdays gifts were so perfect I squealed out loud!

Knick Knack!  The very last breezie I needed to complete my set 

And check out those earrings.  How awesome are those? Did you make them, TwilightWhispers? I noticed fingerprints on them. The little glittery stones in the center are so pretty.  Also, are the hooks nickle-free? If not, I can switch them out with extras that I have. I didn't see a .925 stamp on them, so I know they're not sterling, but nickle free often doesn't have any marking.

Okay, I need clarification on the taschenwarmer.  I think it's supposed to go in the freezer and work as an ice pack, right? The adorable polar bear would support this theory. But the back says something about 50 C to 55 C, which I converted to 122F to 131F, which is most certainly NOT cold.  If it's a heat pack (like the word warmer would indicate), then I will totally use this thing every day when it starts snowing.

Check out that pretty green necklace! Again, is it hand made? The green color is so pretty.  I just might incorporate this into a cosplay for conventions.

The little notebook matches the larger one from earlier in the swap.  And that blue jay paper weight will be perfect for keeping stuff where it belongs!
