Greetings from Toronto, Canada.
« on: October 10, 2012, 08:48:38 PM »
Hi everyone,

I am a 31 year old Canadian, born and raised in Toronto.

I am an artist/illustrator and studied design at school.

I have always been a My Little Pony fan and as it turns out my Boyfriend is too and had quite the collection of them growing up.  I have stories about both our childhoods that surround My Little Pony that are pretty hilarious.

I have only started collecting ponies since Friendship is Magic.  I have been collecting ponies for two years I suppose.  I have all of the single brushables that have been released, Zecora, :muffin: Pony and a few blind bags.  If G3s were still available retail I'd get those too.

I have always loved colour and playing with colour in my work.  I find some of the colour combinations and designs really interesting and inspiring (especially with some of the G3 ponies).

Thanks a bunch!

Joey

That's great your boyfriend loves ponies too.  Hopefully he won't mind you cramming your house full of them ;)

Welcome to the Arena! Some of my fondest memories are from Toronto. :)

Being an illustrator for a living must be amazing!

Hi nice to meet you!  Do you travel into the States very often?  I used to travel into Canada to find Sailor Moon dolls.  I figure you might drive on in to the States for ponies!
