I wonder what other areas the G3 series had.

The Greener-Than-Green Meadow is mentioned a lot in the comics.  I think there's also the Higher-Than-High Mountains.

Woah, that's awesome. People need to appreciate the g3 cartoon a little more. For little kids, a lot more work was put into it than most people think.

There's a tiny hint of yellow under the end of her mane at the bottom but she probably should've been further back in the shot to avoid that.

I have been watching all of the G3 cartoons on youtube , they are pretty cool
but the series called "tales" what are those ponies, are they G3's or G1's?

I believe the My Little Pony Tales ponies are  G1s. They have smaller eyes than G3s and their hairstyles are different, not to mention they didn't last long as a toy line compared to G3s.

They're g1s (though the end of the run) and their toys were released internationally at the end of the g1 line.

Ahhh, I love this thread!  So refreshing to see some G3 love!  G3 was such a great toyline with so many unique and beautiful characters (until that core 7 thing happened).  

It's fun to see all the screenshots of all those lovely characters that never became toys.  I want all of those background pegasuses and unicorns.

I'm really enjoying the scanned stories and comics, too!  I haven't seen any of them before.  So crazy.  I love the one about the mysterious unicorn artist who has no time to walk.

Man, I've always loved the backgrounds and scenery for G3 in both the promotional stuff and animations, it's all just so colorful and detailed~!

I just started scanning in "The Thanksgiving Gift", which has art by one of my favorite G3 illustrators, Lyn Fletcher.   I'm planning to add about four pages a day to my Tumblr, which should bring the story to a close on Thanksgiving.
