I just watched the first episode tonight on Netflix and I'm LOVING IT! However, a wee little part of me wishes it was a black female (Clawdeen lookalike!) in the lead role! hehe

So, who else watches and likes Teen Wolf?

And two, how is it that Clawdeen is perpetually stuck in werewolf form?!

I think Clawdeen mentions Clawd running off during a full moon in one of her diaries.  I'm too lazy to look into it, though.  The moon does effect them.

You guys are so bad! While I like movies, I much prefer a TV show! A hour hour movie is nice and all, but I'd rather have something more long lasting! And I never saw the original movie, so I'm not overly sentimental about it. hehe.

I will watch the movie on y'alls recommendation, though. Have either of you two watched the TV show?

I'm not sure Teen Wolf (the movie) could stand the test of time   Not sure it would be liked as much today.  I watched it a bunch as a kid, and, like I said, I'm a huge Michael J. Fox fan.  I could watch ANYTHING with him in it (even if it's not any good, which is MOST of his movies )

I haven't watched the series.  It being on Netflix is great!  I love Netflix.  Helps me catch up on shows I've missed the boat on:)

I've watched some of the new teen wolf episodes on Netflix, it's pretty good.  I need to go back and watch the rest of the episodes.  I loved the movie when I was a kid, but loved the cartoon even more.

*edit*  It's been a long time since I've seen the movie, but I don't think there was anything gory in it.

GORY!?!?  lolol. No, no, no, it's rated R for raunch. And possibly bad dialogue. It's been a while. It's funny how bad 80's movies are, but they are so sentimental to us who saw them back in the day I just finished watching Ghostbusters again. The fashion and hair :blek: but the dialogue is still funny! "If someone asks you if you are a god, you say YES!"

I dunno, the "Human sacrifice...cats and dogs living together; MASS HYSTERIA!" Is pretty good too, but the gods line is the one I quote the most. I didn't realize that GB was written by Dan Akroyd and Harold Ramis (Egon).

I love Teen Wolf the original movie!  I am a huge fan of the 80s.  Lots of my favorite stuff started in the 80s.  I never really can get into TV shows that are remakes of movies.  Especially, if they are based on favorite movies.  So, I have never seen the TV show but I recommend the movie if you like 80s movies.  Ghost Busters is awesome too.  Anyone for The Goonies, Elvira Mistress of the Dark or Teen Witch.  Teen Witch used to be on the Disney Channel around Halloween when I was a kid.  Now I have that one on DVD too.  Ah nostalgia...

I just finished watching episode 7 of Teen Wolf and the adrenaline is pumping! It's so scary but so good! (I don't watch horror stuff so to most this would probably seem like kid's play...but to me the suspense is perfect without being too gory!)

I cannot wait to find out who is the alpha wolf terrorizing the town! And don't give me a spoiler! hehe. I've only been watching the show at night. It makes a better impact that way!
